NEW TECHNICAL SUPPORT

SoftBase Systems has launched a new, secure web site for technical support. Any customer who already had a username and password for the previous site will be able to log on to the new site. After logging on, you will see your own portal page with product downloads, manuals, a technical support request form, news updates, and more.

Customers may log in directly from any page at the SoftBase web site by clicking on the "login" tab at the upper-right corner of each page.

Customers who have a maintenance contract can receive unlimited email or telephone support from SoftBase. If you need a customer ID and password, contact support@softbase.com
