SoftBase offers a secure web site for technical support. Customers who have a username and password may log on to their own portal page to access product downloads, manuals, submit technical support requests, retrieve product passwords, and more.

Customers who have a maintenance contract can receive unlimited email or telephone support from SoftBase. If you need support but do not have a customer login, please email softbasesupport@freschesolutions.com.
